Quali gruppi muscolari coinvolge il Float Fit?

Il Float Fit è un ottimo workout focalizzato sul lower body, ossia la parte inferiore del corpo. Nella fattispecie, i gruppi muscolari coinvolti sono i seguenti:

Glutei: uno dei più grossi e potenti gruppi muscolari del nostro corpo. I glutei sono composti da 3 muscoli principali (il gluteo minimo, il gluteo medio e il gluteo massimo) e conferiscono struttura e forma del lato B. Il Float Fit coinvolge i glutei in maniera completa ed è un workout perfetto per chi desidera ottenere un fondoschiena tonico e sodo.

Quadricipite femorale: stiamo parlando del più importante muscolo del lower body. Come suggerisce la nomenclatura stessa, è formato da 4 muscoli indipendenti. Il Float Fit è molto indicato per allenare i quadricipiti in modalità differente rispetto ai classici allenamenti sulla terra ferma.
